Covid-19 related protocols and modifications
Infinite Oregon Tours is open for business and accepting both private and public reservations. Masks are NOT required on tours. We will be following all Covid-19 safety protocols issued by the Governor’s office and the CDC regarding cleaning, disinfecting, mask usage (when and if it becomes necessary/mandated), etc... Rest assured, we are committed to showing all travelers the beauty of our incredible state and greatly look forward to entertaining you in our Pacific Wonderland in a safe and fulfilling fashion. Masks are NOT required on our tours, but you’re welcome to wear them if you’d like. Your health is our top priority, and we have put the following measures in place to keep all guests as safe as possible during your tour:

VAN PROTOCOLS - As per state guidelines, guests are currently NOT required to wear masks but guests are welcome to wear one if they feel more comfortable that way.
OUTSIDE PROTOCOLS - Masks NOT required. Guests are welcome to wear one if they feel more comfortable that way.
Measures taken to clean/disinfect/sanitize
We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting tour van surfaces and high traffic areas between each tour, utilizing EPA-approved disinfectants and sprays. We will be encouraging the use of hand sanitizer which will be available to all of our guests, and we encourage travelers to bring their own as well.
WEllness checks
Guides receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. Guests may also be asked to review a list of symptoms related to Covid-19 via a questionnaire. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour for a FULL REFUND.
covid-19-Related cancellations
For the safety of all guests as well as the safety of our guides, we are all depending on one another to take the necessary precautions and stay home if you or a fellow traveler in your party are feeling sick. If a guest feels the slightest bit sick or unwell (fever, sore throat, respiratory issues, etc.) please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the tour and you will be given a full refund, no questions asked. Oregon's beauty will always be there for us to enjoy together safely in the future! Thank you kindly for your consideration and cooperation.
